With 2020 very different to what anyone imagined, you can still participate in the MHFA’s Walk for Mental Health from anywhere around the world on the 18th of October! What’s exciting about this app, is that you can continue to walk all throughout the month of October. This app will allow you to create walking teams, exciting challenges, and improve your fitness, whilst at the same time, helping to raise mental health awareness!
